Tyler Wilkins

Tyler Wilkins, VP of Technical Services of Software Development Technologies (SDT), has over twenty-five years experience managing development related functions in high tech companies. Most of Tyler's experience has been in technical management including systems, mechanics, electronics, components, embedded software, and most recently software products for software test. Most of the management contributions have been product development. The roles have included VP Technical Services, Program Manager, VP of Engineering, Engineering Manager, various manufacturing management positions and also a period as interim CEO.

Tyler established SDT's development group in Hyderabad, India and now oversees every aspect of product development for SDT's current product lines, ReviewPro and Unified TestPro. He is also responsible for product support, including pre- and post-sales support and the management of SDT's co-location asp-service for ReviewPro. Tyler manages all aspects of SDT's IT services, both inside and outside the company.

Prior to joining SDT, Tyler was a Program Manager in Xerox's Multi-Function products group, where he was responsible for development, worldwide marketing, manufacturing, customer support and finance for a print, scan, fax and copy product. Manufacturing for these products included offshore, low cost manufacturing facilities.

Before Xerox, Tyler spent seven years as VP Engineering at ATG Cygnet Inc., an optical robotics company, where he directly managed all functions except Sales and Support. While there, his products were awarded "Best New Product Hardware" award at the annual imaging show and his group achieved ISO 9001 certification.

Tyler was at Xerox as an Engineering Manager and Technical Program Manager for the Diablo Printer and office products before Cygnet, managing development projects and responsible for product launches.

Tyler has a B.S. in Product Design from Stanford University.
