Appointed in September 2003, Dr. Held, who has over 30 years of experience in building and managing enterprise software companies, will now work with SDT to expand its leading role in the software quality market.

Edward Kit: President and CEO Edward Kit, founder and president of Software Development Technologies (SDT), is well known as an industry leader, test expert, author, and keynote speaker at testing conferences. His best-selling book, Software Testing in the Real World: Improving the Process, has been adopted as a standard by companies around the world such as Sun Microsystems, Exxon, Chase Manhattan Bank and Cadence Design Systems. His feature articles in Software Development Magazine have outlined new state-of-the-practice test automation models that are currently being adopted around the world. An international software consultant / executive with over 20 years experience in software engineering, Mr. Kit has advised clients on bringing practical and proven software quality technology and process to their development efforts.

Catherine F. Baldwin: Chief Operating Officer Catherine Baldwin, chief operating officer of Software Development Technologies (SDT), has over two decades of experience in Finance and Marketing in the high tech arena. Catherine is responsible for managing the legal, finance, marketing and human resource functions at SDT. She has implemented SDT's employee stock option program, put a full-featured health insurance program in place, implemented a sales pipeline and forecasting system and overseen the development of SDT's website and marketing activities.

Tyler Wilkins: Vice President, Development and Technical Operations Tyler Wilkins, VP of Technical Services of Software Development Technologies (SDT), has over twenty-five years experience managing development related functions in high tech companies. Most of Tyler's experience has been in technical management including systems, mechanics, electronics, components, embedded software, and most recently software products for software test. Most of the management contributions have been product development. The roles have included VP Technical Services, Program Manager, VP of Engineering, Engineering Manager, various manufacturing management positions and also a period as interim CEO.
