Software Test Automation Engineers

We are hiring Software Test Automation Engineers for our office in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Specific responsibilities include:

 • Work with the Test Designers to create detailed automation plans based on the required tests
 • Ensure proper tooling and tool issue resolution
 • Translate test cases and keywords into efficient code for testing
 • Participate in formal reviews at each step of the software life cycle
 • Participate in reviews of test plans, test designs, and test automation code
 • Install, support, understand, and use the test automation tools effectively
 • Design, customize, implement, and support the technical infrastructure for tests automation
 • Partner with project teams to ensure that the test automation approach is understood

Software Test Automation Engineer Profile

 • 4 year Computer Science degree or equivalent
 • Strong skills in a computer language such as Java, VB, C# or C/C++
 • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
 • Must be able to handle change and ambiguity
 • Results driven. Driven by and manages to plan. Has a sense of urgency.
 • Excellent problem solving: ability to solve tough technical challenges
 • A positive, can-do attitude with a customer-centric view
 • A willingness to travel
 • Experience in software development
 • Experience in software testing and testing tools is preferred





Software Test Designers

Test Designers gain a good understanding of the clients' applications in order to build an effective design of the test suite.

We are hiring Software Test Designers for our office in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Specific responsibilities include:

 • Build a deep understanding of one or more businesses and their associated environments
 • Translate requirements into effective test plans and test designs
 • Conduct risk analysis relative to the area of focus in developing the test plans and test designs
 • Participate in upfront application requirements, design, and functionality reviews
 • Understand and use the test management tools effectively to create tests with deep coverage

Software Test Designer Profile

 • 4 year MIS degree or equivalent
 • Excellent ommunication skills (both verbal and written)
 • Must be able to handle change and ambiguity
 • A positive, can-do attitude, with a customer-centric view
 • A willingness to travel
 • Experience in software development and/or software testing, is preferred

SDT is seeking a senior, bright, effective, highly motivated, creative and dedicated Sales Executive to join our growing organization. This is a key, anchor sales position with national responsibility that provides great challenge, opportunity, and excitement. The position responsibilities include: develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly sales and business objectives and provide quality reports. The Sr. Sales Professional is responsible for maximizing the profitable growth of SDT's business while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role will involve penetrating new major accounts and growing existing ones, through personal 'hands on' selling, and close communication and coordination with other SDT team members involved in the accounts.

 • Skills and Qualities Required

Superb strategic and tactical selling skills and command of the entire sales process. Strong communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to write proposals, correspondence, and reports to a high standard. Strong skills in negotiation, influencing and relationship management. Ability to gain access to, and establish credibility with executives in major corporations. Disciplined and conscientious outlook and an ability to work with minimum supervision. Well-developed sensitivity to, and handling of, customer and employee concerns to account management.

Ability to quickly learn and understand software quality and test technology, and apply it to solving customer problems. Knowledge of key marketing issues such as positioning, differentiation, promotion, etc.







Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) who will be responsible for achieving revenue goals by closing opportunities in an assigned territory and passing prospects to the field for opportunities over a set amount. The ISR will follow up on web inquiries and conference leads to close or pass to the Field Sales team. If no inquiries are forthcoming, the ISR will be expected to cold call and develop prospects to build a pipeline. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales. Specific responsibilities include:

 • Achieving revenue quota by prospecting and qualifying prospects to close
 • Build, manage and forecast sales pipeline as required by management
 • Provide daily/weekly updates to manager
 • Conduct demos to qualified prospects
 • Manage/overcome prospect objections
 • Proactively follow-up on leads from all sources to close
 • Develop superior customer service relationship with prospects
 • Pass larger opportunities to field Account Manager
 • Maintain customer/prospect SFA so that it is accurate and current

Inside Sales Representative Profile

 • Minimum 3-4 years inside sales experience in the software industry to Fortune 2000 companies
 • Proven track record at achieving revenue quota
 • Experience in business development and exceptional closing skills in technology industry
 • Experience selling to a technical (IT) audience
 • Experience in and appreciation for entrepreneurial environment
 • Knowledge of business organizational structures and buying influences
 • Ability to foster team orientation with counterparts
 • Ability to speak and write articulately and credibly
 • Ambition to grow within company
 • Experience with contact manager, sales force automation, or CRM product
 • College degree or equivalent experience
